For the third time this decade, Photo Club “Leskovac” supported by City of Leskovac is organizing a photographer’s summit for the countries that used to comprise former Republic of Yugoslavia. The subject of this year’s summit which will be held in the period of 10th until 13th of October will be the youth, or more specifically working with youth, promoting the programs for youth and possibilities of cooperation with youth programs.
“We are convinced that the Summit’s subject is up to date and that the presented information and examples of good practice will lead us to recognizing the needs for establishing partnerships.” – Stated Akeksandar Stamenkovikj, manager of cultural programs of Photo Club “Leskovac”.
The participation of photographers on this summit was confirmed from all republics of the former Yugoslav Republic, which with common experience and presentations, photo organizations as well as meetings will try to bring us concrete conclusions and programs for cooperation at the end of the Summit
In the organization’s excellent plan there is a place for shooting of the beautiful scenery of Vukjanka river Canyon, as well as traditional motives from Lebane county. The true thing that crowns this manifestation is “Red Village” – the village of Lokoshince. The photographies from this journey will be exhibited with aims to present the tourist potential and natural beauties of Jablanica County.
